Abstract
This application has been taken by Mekefason Mandali and 8 others. It has been brought by way of Notice of Motion and is seeking for extension of time within which to apply for stay of execution of the judgment and decree of the High Court of Tanzania (Land Division) at Dar es Salaam, dated 22.7.2016 in Land Case No.181_of _2009.
