The applicant, OLIVER MUREMBO, through the services of Mr. Abdallah Kazungu, learned advocate, brought the present application under rule 89 (2) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal, 2009 as Amendments by the Tanzania court of appeal (Amendments) Rules, 2017 G.N 362 of 2017.
