Abstract
The applicant was an employee of the Tanzania Telecommunications Company Ltd. (the respondent) until his services were terminated sometime in 1999. Whereupon he filed Civil Case No. 15 of 1999 in the Resident Magistrate’s Court of Bukoba, to challenge the said termination.
