Abstract

This Court is called upon to extend the time under Rule 10 and Rule 48 (1) of and (2) of the Court of Appeal Rules GN 30 of 2009, (the Rules), to enable the applicant, Hanspaul Automech Limited to file an application for leave to appeal out of time. It is by a Notice of Motion supported by a 16 paragraph affidavit of Salim Juma Mushi, learned advocate representing the applicant.
