Laurean, contests the decision of the High Court of Tanzania, Labour Division at Dar es Salaam (Nyerere, J.) dated 22nd September, 2017 in Revision No. 283 of 2016. In that decision, the High Court partly allowed the revision by the respondent, Tanzania Breweries Limited, against the award of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration ("the CMA") dated 7th December, 2015 which had held that the appellant's termination from employment was substantively and procedurally unfair.en_US
