Abstract
In this application, Interbest Investment Company Ltd. (the applicant), is seeking the Court's indulgence to make an order striking out the notice of appeal lodged by the respondent, Standard Chartered Bank (T) Ltd. on 15.5.2015, aimed at challenging the judgment of the Hiqh Court, Dar es Salaam Registry, dated 16.6.2010 in Civil Case No. 463 of 2002.
