Abstract

By notice of motion made under rules 10, 48 (1) and (2) and 49 (2) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 ("the Rules''), the applicant named above applies against the respondents for extension of time within which to lodge its Written Submissions as well as for leave to lodge a supplementary affidavit in support of Civil Application No. 11 of 2016, now pending in the Court.
