Abstract

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Establishment and Operation of Aids to Navigation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with the Merchant Shipping (Establishment and Operation of Aids to Navigation) Regulations, 2023 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
