Abstract
At the outset, Mr. Rwegasira prayed to be allowed to abandon the Notice of Preliminary Objection he lodged on 25th June, 2018 to allow the appeal to proceed on hearing on merit as scheduled. The prayer by Mr: Rwegasira to abandon the Notice of Preliminary Objection was welcomed by the appellant with no more.
